Excellent sales staff with prompt and helpful responses... proactively comes forward to sort out issues even with their partner vendors.. .A big shout out to Greg Dibble, who has been really awesome with the entire sales process! The website offers very intuitive and straightforward options to build/customize your own Nuc and also offers pre-built if thinking about the configurations is not your thing... pretty good options for customizing as well. They do offer a kind of a financing through their DaaS option, but it might fit more to your needs if you really intend to use it as a service and not have the option of buying out the device at the end of the term... If you are thinking about DaaS with the device buy out option, it might make sense to double check with the vendor partner on the terms and conditions of extra payment before you pull the trigger. Neither the website at simplyNuc or the DaaS financer (Liftforward) makes it really clear and you might end up paying a few months more than you planned for. Overall(if you leave aside the minor hiccup/confusion with the DaaS option, which I later decided against as I didn't personally find it worth it) the experience was super smooth, the fulfilment super fast and a delight to do business with SimplyNuc

Even though my new PC turned out to be out-of-stock, I was notified of this immediately, given an estimated delivery date, and also given an alternative product to purchase if I wanted. I decided to wait, and I'm glad because my PC shipped about two months earlier than the estimate. Given the current conditions with COVID-19, I'm very pleased with the customer service I recieved.

NUC machines arrive quickly and as ordered.

The sales team stayed in constant contact as my first order from China was delayed. They helped me cancel that order and order an alternative machine from Germany. The sales team further relayed information from the builder as my custom machine was built and shipped promptly.
