As with anything, 'one time' things can go wrong -- but, it's when they do, how do they handle it? We've done business with SimplyNUC for several years. From 2-5 NUC's to 'several hundred.' They've always been efficient, helped us when things went wrong, took care of defective NUC's without a word. (Hint: Even Intel NUC's have 1-2% out of box failures. With SimplyNUC we just return them for a no-hassle replacement). Great folks. I get things can be wrong on a single order. Contact them -- they will fix it.

Very happy with my NUC. I was looking for a 4K player where I can also store my movie library then I ran into Intel NUC and SimplyNUC website. Product info was laid out VERY NICELY. It even included the product specification PDF in the website so you don't have to go anywhere. When I received the product, it was missing a power cord. Luckily, they have a chat functionality on their website. Very convenient! The same day, they mailed the missing item and received it the following day. Customer service is excellent.
