Always a great service

This is my first order from SimplyNuc, and everything went as smooth as possible. I’m pretty pleased with my 9i9QNX so far. I’m so impressed that this thing can fame like this. Awesome little machine!

I purchased the Homebase NUC extreme from SimplyNuc website. A day later, I contacted the company via email to see, if an additional 4TB of storage could be added to my order. I was contacted within about 10-15 minutes by a company representative Nicole H.. She said I could add the additional storage to my order, she had already looked up my order, and provided a link in the email to pay the difference -- making it very simple, and hassle free. The customer service provided by Nicole was exceptional. She was very friendly, and helpful throughout my purchase. I have dealt with many other companies that don't respond back right away, and when they do, it is from a standard generated bot message, or call center in another country that does not initially understand my question, which is very frustrating, and time consuming. I would highly recommend purchasing from SimplyNuc. I received the order yesterday. It is a great quality NUC. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Thank you Nicole for the great shopping experience. I will definitely purchase from you again, if the need arises.

I purchased the 10i7FNH Kit to replace my 16GB laptop as my desk computer (not enough memory and I couldn't add more). It was delivered within 3 days of ordering. I added 2-1TB SATA SSD ( 1 drive and 1 M.2 2280) and replaced the 4GB RAM with 64GB RAM. It also drives 2-24" monitors. It is attached on the same pole as the monitors and has really cleaned up my work area, previously dominated by the laptop. It went together and came up flawlessly, and has exceeded my expectations in performance. And it all sits in a 4.5x4.5x2" package. I particularly enjoy the built-in microphone array. It has allowed me to put away my headphones for my daily Zoom meeting. And the NUC is small enough that I can take it with me when we camp in our motor home. Between the NUC Kit and the add-in memory and SSDs, the cost was well below what I would have spent on a 32GB replacement laptop, and the performance much better. All in all, I am very pleased with unit and my interactions with SimplyNUC.
