Nancy with SimplyNUC was very helpful and informative. The very specific unit I was interested in was on backorder, I knew that when I began my inquiry. The reason for the backorder was a manufacturer issue, and not because of SimplyNUC... but I really wanted this particular unit. Nancy did offer me alternative choices to avoid the backorder delay. By my choice, I continued with my original order and preference. Nancy honored my preference and continued with the order. The unit was delivered in the anticipated timeframe and I am very pleased with the my new Intel Rugged Imbedded NUC... it works flawlessly for my specific application. Thank you again Nancy!! This is a well-designed system! It exceeded my expectations! The order follow-up communications with Simply NUC were better than any recent online purchase experience, even Amazon.
