Great customer service and prompt delivery!!

The selection, and configuration was easy to navigate, and amazingly flexible. Really smooth transaction.

Delivery was delayed but the vendor kept me updated, provided Amazon gift card for the delay, and shipped as soon as the unit was available.

Having purchased a Phantom Canyon NUC as a pre-order, I didn't know what to expect. I knew there were chip shortages in the industry. Weeks of delays turned into months of delays. SimplyNUC apologized for the delay and provided a more realistic timeline, and in the end was able to deliver. It was stressful waiting so long, but I'm a happy customer.

SimplyNUC kept in contact with me monthly during the long delays of manufacturing and shipping the Phantom Canyon in 2021. They even gave me a phone call to update me on the anticipated shipping time. The manufacture date on mine is middle of July, and it got here middle of August, so that's about the time expected to ship from China.

SimplyNUC kept me up to date on my pre-order of the Phantom Canyon NUC pretty well. Took a lot longer to ship than I hoped, but trying to find a video card at retail price would be practically impossible, so with that in mind, price paid for this NUC at SimplyNUC seems like a reasonable wait. I'm sure I'll be happy once it arrives.

This was my first time buying from SimplyNUC. Because of supply issues, my NUC was on backorder for a few months, and SimplyNUC was good about sending me periodic updates on the expected shipping time frame. Thankfully, they came through and got me my PC earlier than their last estimate! Everything was in order when I opened the package. I was happy to see they used quality parts for the SSD and memory, and everything worked great the first time I turned it on. Will use SimplyNUC again for future PC needs.

The NUC product was delivered as promised. The Fedex experience does not reflect on SimplyNUC, so I will not review Fedex's performance here. Only to say that the package was redirected at my request to a local Walgreen's for signature and pickup. Walgreen's performed their part perfectly. My only disappointment was with a technical change which made the GoRite 2-port USB 2.0 lid replacement unavailable for my Panther Canyon NUC. I can live with that, as this is a new model of NUC. I have yet to test the NUC itself. I only know right now that all the parts arrived safely and in excellent condition.
