SimplyNUC, Inc.Reviews of simplynuc.com

The system that arrived is precisely the system that I ordered. There were some awkward communications about unexpected scheduling delays, so I wasn't entirely confidant I would be receiving my order, but my system arrived roughly in the timeframe of when I was expecting it. More importantly, the system is working very well so far, and everything has gone smoothly right out of the box. I'm really glad I didn't go through the hassle of building this machine myself.

Really helpful customer service. The nuc11btmi9-full (Beast Canyon) with GeForce RTX 3070 TI is awesome!

Everything I expected.

Extraordinary service. Matt worked with me to find an alternative build when my original order was delayed due to covid affecting supply and delivery dates. Got me the new system within a few days. Really impressed with customer service and how fast and knowledgeable they are. I've already come back and ordered additional systems from them.

Packing, look, and instructions excellent. I still have to add a video card, and may have to upgrade the power supply.

Purchase was easy, and communication with the POCs was great. Everything was exactly as expected to include delivery estimates.

Very knowledgeable and professional from sales support. Highly recommend for anyone who are in the market to purchase a NUC as they've been in the game since the beginning.

Excellent products and customer service. Due to the supply shortages all around the world, they were awesome in keeping me apprised of what was happening and updating the eta of the shipment so I never worried. I appreciate them! :)
