Great communication and expectation management in the midst of the uncertainty of the supply chain due to Covid.

I expected my order to arrive in two weeks, but surprisingly, it arrived in three days. The quality of the product is great. However, it appears that the box's seal was opened before I received the product

These guys are clearly putting in a lot of effort for customer support. And the products are of course pretty awesome. if you are in the market for a NUCs, these are the guys you wanna be dealing with.
