Bought a SimplyNuc hard-to-find Tiger Lake machine and received prompt service and strong communications. Arrived in a timely fashion.

I don't have a lot to base this review on, the product has worked fine and I've needed no support. The delivery process took a while, but it was fully expected due to the world wide chip shortage. Intel notified me of the delay right away and provided me with other options if I desired. In the end it came sooner than forecasted, and just before Christmas.

Followed up promptly on all my questions.

Seems just as fast a regular computer, I'm using this to travel so I haven't really used it much yet. But it was easy to setup and get going.

Purchase of Intel NUC from Simply NUC. From start to finish the purchasing experience was excellent. The questions I had were addressed (less confusion if Currency was visibly shown on Website). Very pleasant and courteous contact from all Simply NUC personnel. Numerous e-mails providing status of purchase. Even though they said to allow 2-3 weeks for my order to be shipped, from placement of order to shipment of order was only 2 Days … unbelievably fast … kudos to Simply NUC. And finally, from shipment of order to receipt of order was only 3 Days … again unbelievably fast … kudos to FedEx. Nothing could have been improved … Thank you everyone at Simply NUC … Merry Christmas and all the Best for 2022 … Stay Save and Healthy!
