All the attention.was very good at every moment. It was not 5* because it shiiped 3 days later than expected.

Great service. Emailed me updates on where my product was and when I might receive it. A shame that they no longer offer Device As A Service payments, otherwise I would give them a 5 star review.

NUC is awesome. Use it for home studio mixing.

The PC arrived fairly quickly. I'm vbery happy with the quality of the product. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that when I ordered it, the website stated two-day delivery. In addition you could pay extra for expedited shipping. Glad I didn't pay for that. The website should not state two-day when it's not.

Company kept me informed with multiple emails on delivery date with all the supply chain delays. The constant contact put me at ease with the company.

Supply constraints made things challenging, but they were very accommodating. More proactive communication would have pushed it to 5 stars, but overall it was a good purchasing experience.

Excellent, but some of the motherboard internal cables were disconnected or not ready, and they should have been.

Originally I'd planned to buy from GameStop, however they were very uncommunicative about delays and were being supplied by SimplyNuc (SN) so I decided to purchase directly from SN. In the long run I think that saved me a lot of trouble. SN was clear in it's communications about availability and shipped the product quickly. I did run into a small but important issue with the product and had to send it back for diagnosis/repair. This took a reasonable amount of time and the product was shipped back. Unfortunately, the power supply was missing and I had to request that be sent back as well, which SN did promptly. I believe If I had purchased through Gamestop and had to deal with thier support for my issue things would not have gone smoothly. The support staff at SN are great, knowledgeable, and helpful.
