Shipment took too long to prepare

expectation was an immediate shipment from a pre-configured system. We needed to go buy a new system from the local best buy to cover out need.

One of the critical parts in the bracket set was the shoulder screw. Each bracket was to have 2 shoulder screws. In the two packaged brackets I received, only one package had 2 shoulder screws. The other had only 1 shoulder screw, and an extra standard screw. This makes one bracket unusable. Not good.

Happy with the product I ordered, but the shipping cost wast ridiculous. bought a very small very lightweight fan could have fit in a standard size envelope paid more in shipping than the cost of the product for delivery within the same state.

Overall good experience. But as I was doing a pre-order, an expensive one at that, I'd really like to have some status updates. All I know is it could show up on my door in February or March. If I would get an update or two on where it is in the process (getting them in x date, planning on shipping these dates, etc.) as time goes on, I'd be much more content.

Shipping costs are very high, need a cheaper option. Shipping was 3x what I actually paid for the mounting plate I needed.
