I tried to order a replacement blower for my wife's NUC. Simply NUC's accessories subpage for fans carries only one model and neglects to mention that not all 4x4 NUCs can use it. After wasting money and time because of this, Simply NUC tech support's response was to suggest that I RMA the entire NUC back to Intel, depriving my wife of her work computer for an unknown amount of time. I know Simply NUC could have found multiple sources for the exact fan that fits my wife's NUC, because after I disassembled hers to find the model number it only took me about three minutes with a search engine. These people are careless and sloppy. They don't care about informing their customers and they seem unwilling to put even minimal effort into problem-solving. I am extremely disappointed.

Ordered 9 PC's from this company, and several of them are defective. They acknowledged an issue with the application of thermal paste and resent us 4 machines, which still had problems. Now they are stating the units are rigorously tested and they will not apply a credit for the machines unless they can be resold to others. We have wasted over a month trying to get this addressed. Buy from On-logic; we have a couple of their machines and they work without any issues.

We're a reseller, we were told, we can't place our orders online due to the fact Simply Nuc system is not set up to process online orders for tax exempt customers.

Shipping charges are criminal! I had a specific part that I could only find from them that cost $15 and weighed less than 1 lb. they shipped it from Austin to Dallas by fed ex ground and charged me $19 for shipping on top of the $15 for the part. I will never buy from them again.

Bought an item. Couple days later they told me there was a price error and refunded my money. Didn’t get anything for my inconvenience or a discount on the item at the supposed correct price. I missed out on other sales due to buying this item and by the time they told me, the sale was over on the other website. Won’t be doing business with them. Glad I didn’t actually receive a product. Who knows what would happen if they got my money and then I had a product issue and i needed support

1 February 2020: Though I did not receive the product yet, I received this feedback form. I hope you are not falsely thinking that you delivered my item! I am still waiting to receive my goods (it has been almost 1 month since I ordered and was promptly charged in full for the items) 17 February: I received an update from the vendor saying there will be a SLIGHT delay in delivering my order. They EXPECT to ship my item by LATE APRIL. I have never experienced anything like this before and this is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot downgrade my rating to zero stars but this is a zero stars service as far as I am concerned. I will cancel my order and look elsewhere .

Support well below standard. They provide and sell units which can be remotely powered on and off and they do not know or support this facility

Horrible communication with customer service. It has bin almost a month and I’m still waiting on the product, I’m thinking of canceling and going with different brand, if the issue is not resolved!
