SimplyNUC, Inc.Reviews of simplynuc.com

Nicole was on top of my order from day one and when supplies caused a long wait for the original Topaz I wanted she was right there to offer a comparable model which was delivered within the week and is already deployed in my lab. Only one NIC but not a show stopper. Thanks a million for such first class service.

SimplyNUC reached out after i placed my order to advise of a long lead time due to (un)available GPUs and offered to either send it when the GPU was available, get it without the GPU or showed me a couple of other models that were immediately available. Ended up ordering this model without the GPU and sourcing my own. NUC arrived a few days later. Very happy with the build quality and the customer service!

The whole consultative sales process was perfect. Very professional. I am trialing one system to determine a footprint for several more. Great for top to bottom.

SimplyNUC has amazing customer service! They made sure to keep me in the loop about how long it was going to take for me to get my computers, delays in parts, and worked with me when I had questions and had to make various choices. Thank you so very much!

We regularly order from SimplyNUC and have never been disappointed whether its standard Intel NUCs, the SimplyNuc Ruby, or NUC accessories.

Service was great. Understandably delivery took some time due to supply chain issues and my need for a high end graphics card, but they kept in touch and made the experience easy and a pleasure.

Excellent product. Arrived on time and works flawlessly

The order I made was packaged well. The anticipated delay was communicated clearly and response time was quick
