SimplyNUC, Inc.Reviews of simplynuc.com

Super friendly, fast, and highly personalized experience. They really tried to find out what I needed, provided great options, and sent it out asap. Definitely buying more units from them very soon.

Abi was always willing to answer all my questions and was patient while I made my decisions about which products to purchase.

Customer support was great, product came in prime shape, and I was able to immediately configure the product for use within 15 minutes. Terrific experience.

The Sales Admin team was fantastic. I needed to adjust the delivery date due and they were able to reverse the shipment, have the computer checked for damage upon return to SimplyNUC, and then deliver on the new date. Great customer service and prompt communication both through email and phone made this change very smooth.

Love the PC I bought. There are 3 fans on the unit. One of they hits the case someplace. It never runs durring normal operation but it does as startup. I though about diving into it and fixing but it has not been a big enough deal. Pc runs cool and it is not realy an issue.

There was an issue with the build, but they made it right! and did it quickly. Can't ask for more. Everything works as advertised.

Love the selections and the prices of these Intel NUCs. My old one finally stopped working and Nicole M. (from online chat) was a huge help with my questions. She was able to help me with getting my order processed quickly. My order shipped the next day!

Great small form function computers that are fully customizable. Quick delivery also.
