I know from firsthand experience that moving can be extremely stressful, especially if you've accumulated belongings overtime, but the movers at Simply Moving helped make my move enjoyable, speedy and as least stressful as possible. The workers were very polite, professional and surprisingly quick, we all had a great time and made the best out of my move. I would recommend this company to any friends or family. Move from CT to Tennessee. Everything from the start went great. Communications and service was the best

Great service. The 3 guys who moved me to storage were quick, efficient, friendly and accommodating. They didn't mind taking me to donate a couple of pieces of furniture before going to storage. The guys and gals in the office were also very accommodating, friendly and professional. All this at a very reasonable price! And they are linsured to adhere to coop standards. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Move started out OK, even though movers arrived 30 minutes later than expected. There were 4 guys - 1 of them seemed to be the foreman since he didn't do anything but check off on his manifest the pieces that were being taken to the truck. After a few hours he (the foreman) told me that the truck was full with all the items that they were to take according to what was on the manifest. Only problem was that there was at least 1/2 truck more of items to move. My wife and I were shocked when he told us that I would have to call his office to arrange the moving of the other items, and that it would cost more! We said, "What are you talking about? You have to come back and take the rest of the stuff, and what do you mean it will cost more?" Turns out that he didn't know their Estimator, Guy, had actually come to our home and, seeing everything that needed to be moved, gave us a price. When he heard this he said, "Guy was actually here? He saw everything?" When we said yes he changed his tune and said that they'd be back later for the rest of the things at no charge! Hm. Moving on, turns out they wouldn't have the time to return because it was, after all, Christmas Eve, and the men wanted to get home. The office manager called me saying that there was another team with a smaller truck finishing up a job, and that they would be there in about an hour. Two hours later, I called to find out what was happening and was told that the other job was taking longer than expected and wouldn't be coming. That said, we had to wait until the morning after Christmas to have the rest of our things moved. So I understand the issue with it being Christmas Eve, but the foreman trying to squeeze me for more money was inexcusable. Make sure you have an estimator price the job before you sign, and try to get a guarantee.

The service was great, the crew was really professional and punctual, that made my moving smoot and relaxed

They are awesome from setting the appointment to when the movers drove away and ALL my things were in my new home safe and PUT TOGETHER! Yes!

I would have no rreservations about using this firm again.
