I had ordered prescription sunglasses from Simply about 5 years ago and since I was ordering from Europe, specifically the Czech Republic, there were a few minor technical issues we had to straighten out and they worked out all the problems while being pleasant and caring for the customer. After 5 years I again ordered prescription sunglasses and again from Europe and again Simply worked with me to get the order expedited and shipped as fast as possible. Be assured I will get prescription glasses from Simply again!

I needed to replace an old pair of frames that I really loved. A couple other places told me the manufacturer had discontinued that particular model. One even cancelled my purchase after the fact. But simplyeyeglasses.com was quite helpful and actually called the manufacturer and located some old stock of my frames in the warehouse, so I managed to get them after all. The price was not fantastic, but was in line with other sites so no problem there. The package was delivered promptly and professionally wrapped and included a real nice glasses case. My favorite eye glasses recently broke and I was super disappointed! I went online and googled the frames and Simply Eyeglasses came up. They had the frames I was looking for! I put an order in and recieved them quickly. Once they came in the mail I realized I had ordered the wrong ones. Super bummed again! But I got back online and found the right ones and contacted their 800 number. The lady that helped me was so nice and did an exchange on them (not even charging me the $10 difference for the ones I wanted!) Simply Eyeglasses made this experience very easy on me and made me feel like a valued customer, even though this was my first time purchasing something from them. I would strongly recommend them!

I will never buy glasses anywhere else. About had a heart attack when I got the estimate from my eye Dr. On the cost of some designer rimless glasses, wrote down the brand and model # of the frames I tried on and searched online and found them on Simplyeyeglasses.com. The frames and lenses from simplyeyeglasses cost me 50% of what the eye doctor had quoted and they are not knock off's, their name brand! Customer service was exceptional! Love them.

This company are very courtesy and I had a problem that my order shipped by FedEx did not arrived and I just wrote to them about and with no any discussion they were ready to send me a new one free of charger even that according to FedEx was mentioned as delivered. I will recommend!

Can't complain about selection or price, but the checkout process needs to be brought more in line with e-commerce standard. Most sites have you enter payment and shipping info, then on the next page you review your choices before submitting your order. Not here. The final review page is skipped entirely and the order goes straight to submitted with no way to make alterations. I wanted to upgrade my shipping speed, but couldn't do it. Anyway, buy with confidence, but place your order carefully because it cannot be easily changed.
