I ordered a pair of prescription Versace glasses from their website a few months ago. The lenses were made and glasses were shipped within a very reasonable time frame. Fast forward to about two weeks ago -- I noticed that one of my lenses was sticking out a bit from the frame. I contacted the company and they responded promptly. Linda and Tracey answered any questions I had and I shipped the glasses out a few days later. They received my glasses on Monday, and Cindy called me the following day to explain my options (turns out that due to my prescription, I needed an upgrade to the lenses). The staff at SimplyEyeglasses.com made this experience SO easy for me -- I am so happy I found them and ordered my glasses from them. EXCEPTIONAL customer service -- I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and family!!

The service was great, the lenses were per the prescription, and the eyeglasses arrived in a timely manner. However, the lens shape was not quite what I expected from what was shown on the website. Also, the order included scratch resistant lenses. I have been wearing glasses for more than 55 years, and have not seen lenses scratch this easily. So I'm not sure whether this is an issue with the Kodak high index lens, or simply a general quality issue.

I really appreciate being able to find the frames I am looking for, and being able to purchase them without being up sold for features I feel unnecessary. I am particular about what I am looking for, however too many Optical Outlets overstock the generics and under stock unique frames.

I was searching for new eyeglasses this spring and came upon this website. I already knew the name and style number of my frames and had my prescription ready. What I didn't have ready was my debit card. That didn't matter. The lovely woman I talked to took my order anyways and gave me the final price along with her name and personal extension so I could call back later to pay. So nice and she even remembered me later in the day. The prices are great, the website is easy to navigate and the customer service is top notch.

Went to a doctor and picked a pair of glasses with a quote of 650. I instead ordered from eyeglasses.com at almost half the price. The lenses get dirty way too much (a couple times a day). They had me send them back because thought perhaps the glasses were diffective. Customer service was great and i got them back right away but they still get dirty all the time. I love the frames but hate cleaning them constantly. :(
