long wait
It took over 2 weeks to receive me glasses back from fitting it with lens. Contacted them twice, there seem to be some sort of confusion regarding my order. I would not use them again.

Hello Ms Buck, I do apologize that you were unhappy with the length of time it took to receive your prescription eyeglasses. Your order was placed over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend while our office was closed. On November 30th we contacted you with the information to mail your frame to us and to speak with you about your prescription lens selection. We received your frame on December 8th and shipped them priority on December 11th. It took only 3 days to process your lenses. The eyeglasses were delivered to you on the December 14th. The total process was 11 business days, this includes the time it took us to receive your frame and shipping time. It is unfortunate that it took 8 days to receive frame. Again, I apologize.
