This was my second purchase from SimplyEyeglasses.com. Each time, I spoke with someone on the phone to address my concerns. I was very pleased with the courtesy of the staff, their knowledge of the products they offered, their helpfulness...and with the glasses I received. Both pairs were perfect. I would not hesitate to deal with this company again, for all the reasons above.

I love my new glasses. Due to my mistake in submitting wrong PD dimension they had to be re-made, but that was done quickly and without any charges. I only suggest that shipping be made by other than the USPS. Yes I would recommend SimplyEyeglasses to others.

I was able to choose exactly the frame and lens I wanted in the Silhouette line, the fit and accuracy of the progressive lenses is perfect. Service was impeccable!

Ordered a pair and found that the frame was minorly defective. The problem was solved quickly and attentively. The only downside is that I had adjusted to my new prescription already, but had to ship them back and switch to my old pair while the exchange was being done.

I have always purchased my glasses at my opticians office. I picked out a pair following my biannual eye exam. The cost of the glasses, frame,progressive lenses, antiscratch and antireflective, was around $650.00. My husband suggested we check out simplyeyeglasses.com. ( He had read or heard something about it.) Reluctantly, I did so. And, Wala, it was great. I had gotten the frame info, regarding the frame I had chosen at the doctors office, and the lens script and sent it to simplyeyeglasses.com. The glasses arrived within a week or so. They may be the best glasses I have ever worn. I look MAHVELOUS, DAHLING, they fit perfectly and the lenses were just what the doctor ordered. And, guess what? The cost was around $250.00.
