I sent in two pairs of brand new frames. The lenses they put in are great, but they lost the nose pad on one of my frames. They were very kind to contact me in advance about it and own up to it, but what could I do at that point? They replaced the nose pads with generic ones and gave me a $15 discount (total order was in excess of $300), but the generic nose pads fell off and I had to get more from a local optician and super glue them to the frame. Not happy about that at all. Probably won't go back, which is a shame because I have a couple more frames that need lenses...

Hello Mr.Roy, We understand the inconvenience we have caused you. We do apologize. We send all of customer's an email stating we are not liable for patient's own frames, when they are sent in for us to mount new prescription lenses. We do take great care with our customer's frames, but sometimes a hinge might break, a stripped screw, or chipped paint. We searched the internet for your frame and found it on ALIBABA.COM. We did look into replacing the frame, but they required you buying 20 Pieces @$13 shipping from China. We would like to make you happy. If you would like to send the lenses back for a refund, or perhaps, the place where you purchased the frame would have access to the nose pads unique to your frame. The nose pads are very unique. We literally have dozens of different sizes and none of them fit perfectly. I will be giving you a call to discuss this matter. Have a wonderful day!! I've ordered several pairs of glasses and have had them replace lenses n several frames that I already had and each time I've been very pleased with their customer service, their products and their prices. I will without doubt continue to go to Simply Eyeglasses for my eyeglass needs.

I ordered prescription rayban sunglasses and got a very good price compared to local optical shops. The ordering process was easy and I didn't have any problems. My only 'complaint' is that it took quite a while to get the glasses delivered--26 days from online order to receipt of the glasses

We had already started processing your lenses with your measurement from your previous order. We did have to restart the lens process due to the change this contributed to the delay in your order.
