I still have not received my fountain pen!!

The pen writes so smooth, no nib scratching on the paper. Huge plus that it already came with a converter. Had no issues filling it either. Handled a shimmer ink pretty well. It weighs a little heavy, giving a very premium feeling. The pen color was exactly as advertised. Ordering was easy and straightforward. Periodic updates on order were pretty helpful. Not sure if it was just confusion but the delivery person took a photo of the correct house but actually delivered the package to the home next door. Only reason I took one star off. If I didn’t have nice neighbors, I would never have gotten the pen.

Said 3-7 days for shipping. Didn't get a update for 7 days , and that was only that the label was created.. 3 days later it actually shipped. 2 days later it finally arrived. If you're ordering for prompt delivery look elsewhere. Also sent requests through the support options and went unanswered. [EDIT AFTER THEY RESPONDED] Hilarious how they are so quick to try to respond to these trustpilot reviews but still have yet to try to reach back out in response to my inquiries about not receiving my product. Usual save face from these companies smh.

I'm in love with my new pen! The glide of the fountain pen. The whole 9! Im must definitely in love with it thank you thank you thank you! Would also recommend ordering a clip.

The pens came bent, I ask support and what they do is send nibs still the issue is not resolved. Got 4 nibs and 2 bent body's this are horrible!
