I really enjoy working with Simpletalk AI. The company is amazing. Leadership is amazing and my experience has been excellent. The nice thing is The experience that I get when I work with the team. They handle setting up my agents, if I have any issues or any errors, they’re very quick to respond and remediate the situation. Meetings go quickly and smooth and efficient. And the most important thing that I’ve noticed is the 15% that I can attribute to my show rate on my webinars because I use simple. Talk agents to Send reminders to my customers prior to the webinar. I used to have people doing this And I knew then that my short rate was around the 10 to 12%. However, once I added the agents, I noticed my rate increased and has held steady. I can see a difference when the agents don’t call. It is about a 15 to 20% difference in my show rate. It’s not that Simpletalk AI is just A good company with great leadership, but they actually are a great product that gets real results. I could go with other companies or even my current CRM‘s AI agents, but then I wouldn’t have won a great deal because you do get a lot from your subscription and two an amazing and dedicated team who takes care of all the technical work which is very important for busy business owner. For reference, we have been with the company for 3 years.

SimpleTalk has been a helpful tool for organizing and managing our outbound calling efforts. The platform is easy to use, supports automated calling workflows, and helps our team stay consistent with follow-ups. Their support has also been responsive when we have questions or need assistance.

really strong customer service, very responsive, quick turnarounds on communication and fixes/adjustments. a number of different options and configurations. if there was one thing i wish would have been different, is that there is more default configurations/scenarios that the AI would handle already out of the box

I have been working with this company since Oct of 2025. We had a deadline to have the AI Agent working like the demo of December 2025. I also hired a tech to work with them so I was not holding them up on anything they need. As of today 05/22/2026 it is not working according to plan. I spent $10,000 for something I was supposed to own, only to find out that you have to keep the ongoing service $200-$500 per month or your $10,000 invest won't work! We 1st had to deal with it getting spam blocked and now this. My tech was supposed to speak with them today as they set everything up on their go high level instead of ours. They claimed I instructed them too even though my whole reason for going with this company is so that I own my own system not to become a monthly subscriber. Now they are telling my tech it is going to be $1,500 to move it to mine when a monthly subscription cost $500? Make it make sense. There were 3 other companies I met with that could do the same thing a lot cheaper but they disclosed upfront it was a monthly subscription. I probably should have gone there. This is not what they sold me on. Simple Talk not so simple. Stephan and another person is who I spoke with.

The team has been great to work with. Their communication is quick, they always follow through, and every request we’ve brought to them has been handled professionally. We did run into a few challenges with the AI solution along the way, but everything was addressed and resolved, and the team has consistently been responsive whenever we needed support. They’re committed to improving and refining the product over time. Highly recommend them!

I’ve had a good experience with the AI so far. The back end team has been very helpful in making adjustments and workflows as needed. I interviewed 5 other companies and this one stood out to me the most.

Simpletalk has been intentional in helping us each step of the way to roll out our AI agents. We have launched two agents and are preparing to launch several more. They have been a great partner and we are very pleased we chose them. We see great things ahead as we grow additional revenue opportunities together.
