Migrating to Leaping AI. We have worked with SimpleTalk for a couple of months and recently migrated to Leaping AI. Migration was smooth and the voice AI agents work well! Can recommend.

Devasted - after being sold the system by a local Meridian Idaho sales rep we invested thousands of dollars and months into trying to match what we were getting to what we were sold to no avail. Now all contacts are unresponsive and we’re being contacted by multiple individuals who have access our private information to try ‘sell’ us a solution. No access to our own personal data, no warning and no direct communication from simple talk. Appalling.

Simpletalk AI has gone bankrupt. They shut down and padlocked everything on Friday, September 25, 2026th with no notification to any of the clients, and they didn't bother to put in a standing order with Go High Level allowing Go High Level to release my, and I assume, everybody else's, sub-account. So I can't access my own data. I understand going bankrupt, but f'ing over your clients by locking them out of their own data is not necessary and not cool.

The company is completely unresponsive as if they're no longer in business.

I believe this company just closed their doors and kept our money. Can't get a hold of anyone. Anyone else experiencing the same thing? Thanks, Brian

Simple Talk Ai has been the biggest scam. At first everything worked as it should work. Then the quality of the agents progressively got worse. Then after getting worse it would take the developers for ever to implement the changes necessary for it to work. Then one day I logged into our slack channel dashboard and all agents whom I have had contact with users had been deactivated and stopped functioning. Then After that I received a surplus of emails claiming the company has filed for bankruptcy and that all the information and building and agents that where done would be lost by September 30th meaning in two days.

We are very satisfied with SimpleTalk's service. The implementation process was smooth, and their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. They took the time to answer our questions, optimize our AI agent, and ensure everything was set up correctly. Overall, it has been a great experience.
