I have been working with this company since Oct of 2025. We had a deadline to have the AI Agent working like the demo of December 2025. I also hired a tech to work with them so I was not holding them up on anything they need. As of today 05/22/2026 it is not working according to plan. I spent $10,000 for something I was supposed to own, only to find out that you have to keep the ongoing service $200-$500 per month or your $10,000 invest won't work! We 1st had to deal with it getting spam blocked and now this. My tech was supposed to speak with them today as they set everything up on their go high level instead of ours. They claimed I instructed them too even though my whole reason for going with this company is so that I own my own system not to become a monthly subscriber. Now they are telling my tech it is going to be $1,500 to move it to mine when a monthly subscription cost $500? Make it make sense. There were 3 other companies I met with that could do the same thing a lot cheaper but they disclosed upfront it was a monthly subscription. I probably should have gone there. This is not what they sold me on. Simple Talk not so simple. Stephan and another person is who I spoke with.

Took a call with the company today. Their AI called me prior to the call. They said three different ways that it was just $.20 cents per minute. My biggest challenge with using any of these AIs is that it can put you into a legal situation where the AI tells your client one thing, and then you get put on a call and you have a different reality. I didn't even get into the price of the start-up fee because the AI had told me in three different ways that there was no start-up fee. So you end up with a lack of trust from the very beginning. This is why we had to discontinue use with one of the other AI companies. AI is much more than a voice. It needs to be a representation of your business. If it ruins your reputation, why on earth would you use it?

Their system is extremely unreliable. It goes from perfect one day to unannounced new upgrades the next. Once the upgrade drops it's problem city. Voices become choppy due to latency and bandwidth issues. Features completely stop working. Errors happen all over the place. The AI will even lose the script and go off the rails and make up answers, which is not what you want in an AI answering calls for you. It's as if an amateur is running their Dev Team, and doesn't know how to properly sandbox test and Q&A new upgrades before launching them. I'm amazed at how great this system is, until it isn't. And it isn't a one time occurrence. It happens every time they add a new feature. It's too bad because they really have something special...WHEN IT WORKS!
