Simpletalk AIReviews of simpletalk.ai

I own multiple generative conversational AI agencies, as it's one of the main ingredients in what we sell. We sell Ai solutions for appointment setting, live transfers, order/reservation taking, and customer service. Thus, we must provide our clients with the best technology available and for voice AI, SimpleTalk is the best. Clients depend on us to set their appointments and if we fail, they fail. It's a lot of responsibility and we rely on SimpleTalk to make the phone calls. They are constantly updating the system with new features. Many of these features are features that I created with customized workflows before they became features, for example, a more user-friendly GUI. I asked SimpleTalk to create it--they listened--and now it exists. We help businesses lower operating costs and increase their bottom line and it's only possible because of SimpleTalk's reliability.
