Being in the simpler trading family gave me a lot of confidence and knowledge to stay profitable and to learn all market secrets. Never thought that being in trading community is so important . Thank you guys for all the work that you are doing !

Bait and Switch
The Squeeze Pro indicator doesn't come in the "Multi Squeeze Pro Indicator" purchase as indicated. The ultimate bait and switch. Do you want want you already paid for? That's going to be hundreds more dollars. And customer service is unwilling to help - no response to voicemail, then a long hold time, then they won't give a refund even though they "understood the confusion" as the name of the indicator is in the title of the purchase...
Edited to add, in response to the reply - Nowhere on the page to buy the Multi Squeeze Pro does it indicate this, nor link to the page you did. (I know because I searched high and low before I purchased). There is also a photo on the purchase page that shows the Squeeze Pro in the background.
The irony is, the lack of clarity on the website isn't the problem. The problem is the lack of customer service. I would have loved a call back after I left a message the first time, and then upon my second call, I would have been happy with "Yeah, I can see how that's not super clear. We will work on clarifying that. Here's how we are going to make it right..." Instead, I was told "no refunds" and "here's a link to a different part of the website, updated recently, that says how we are right and the customer is wrong."

Thank you for your review. We strive to be as transparent as possible, which is why the Multi-Squeeze Pro Indicator sales page does not indicate that it includes the Squeeze Pro indicator. Both do use "Squeeze" in the name as they are used to identify squeezes in the market, but they are two different tools. We also provide a breakdown on our site sharing the difference between the two indicators, how they interact with each other, and that both are sold separately. We appreciate your detailed feedback and have shared it with our Ecommerce team, such as replacing the image for the bonus indicator setup session which does show both the Multi Squeeze and the Squeeze Pro. We've also suggested updating the page's FAQ. In full transparency, the sales page does explicitly state that it includes the Multi Squeeze Pro Indicator, plus Indicator Setup and Lifetime Updates and there's no mention of the Squeeze Pro indicator in the package. To further clarify, please understand that we shared the link above to help clear up any confusion in the difference between the 2 indicators.
Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds on our digital assets as stated in our terms & conditions. Not only is there no way for you to return the product, but there are a lot of companies out there trying to scam us by reselling our intellectual property. That's why our terms are clear about no refunds. Having said that, we're sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your experience. I am consolidating accounts at this time in Tastyworks so I am not trading. I called support for a question and the tech informed me of numerous things I did not know of. Seems there is a lot of info on the web site I missed. I do not know if you have a web site tour, it would of been helpful for me. I have been plowing a furrow in the field with my eyes down on what I am doing. I should of looked up to see the whole field to see what is available. To this day I have not viewed all there is to offer. I will start trading with in the next week or so.

Worth every penny
Great service, worth every penny in my opinion. I'm part of the options gold membership and have purchased a few courses/indicators as well. Love everything so far. The live trading room is pretty wild. Getting to listen to professional traders during market hours everyday is such a massive help. So far it's been a great community to be apart of!
