Simplero is areat all-in-one platform which includes, email delivery, affiliate tracking, course delivery and product funnels with upsell, downsell and more. The possibilities are endless, which makes it easy to get started and a steep learning curve. The supportive community around Simplero is very helpful and the support team respond very quickly...even in my evenings when I am not sure how to create my next big idea. Another thing that makes Simplero great is that they really listen to their users, they are actively encouraging user to submit feature requests. New requests and fixes are delivered fast and with limited interruption to the live campaigns. I have worked with thousands of clients in the health space and we have switched to Simplero after struggling with so many other software.

I have one line to say, when you work with Simplero, you never leave. The portal is supper but what matters more is the team behind it, the customer support makes me feel I am at home with my family!

I tillegg til brukervennlighet er avstanden mellom brukere, support og utviklere kun ett steg unna. De svarer som regel innen noen få timer på dine spørsmål og de ønsker om produktutvikling lytter de til.

Jeg har en kunde som benytter sig af Simplero. Jeg har brugt rigtigt meget tid på at få fat i den danske support, men får svar tilbage på engelsk. Fint at jeg kan gå ind på Simplero Dansk, her reklamerer man med at der er hele 3 supportere, men ingen steder hvordan jeg kommer i kontakt med dem.

They even offer white glove concierge service where they work with you to build your website for you. You can build a website with a members portal easily with Simplero’s drag and drop fearures and woo customers with an email marketing drip campaign. It allows you to send SMS messages to your subscribers. You can build courses and host videos within Simplero so it is sleek and free from outside branding. I can’t say enough good things about this company and its product.
