SimpleroReviews of simplero.com

Simplero works out just so well for us and our online-business. The support given is excellent and always on time. Thanks.

Summer helped clarify how to make my automation process more efficient in Simplero. She was helpful, clear and what I've learnt to expect from simplero customer service. I highly recommend ..

I have switched to Simplero as a way to streamline my tech suite and it's been much less stressful than I anticipated ;) Since there's always a learning curve with new tech, I have leaned into the incredible customer support. They offer quick and thorough feedback via the "contact" function, they have regularly scheduled open Q&A calls, live workshops, and lots of videos in the help library. I have used them all and found the customer service above and beyond anything I expected. For the price and functionality alone, Simplero would be worth it to me—it replaced a least 5 separate services I was using and now everything is integrated. But, the customer support takes it over the top. Highly recommend!

Simplero is an amazing, highly-customizable, platform for my coaching business. I love how it gives me full, and instant, control over websites, funnels, newsletters and a lot more. All this would be fantastic in itself but what is wonderful about Simplero is the team. They are a fun-loving, highly-responsive and cheering for your success team!

Simplero is a complete platform that includes most of what you could need to create and sell courses online. The support is excellent, you will always get a very quick reply with the best of help. Thank you Doug this time, but all the mentors are super👍

I couldn't have grown my business as I did without Simplero. I started 5 years ago with a simple drawing course and a tiny list. Now, I have a lot of courses and a thriving community. It is wonderful that everything is in one place - email, courses, community. Simplero is quite complex if you use all the features, but the support is stellar! I'm a lifetime customer.

Fast customer support one-stop shop on CRM, landing pages, newsletters, and membership sites. So thankful! And they always treat humans humanely—which is a staple for me.

I've been using Simplero since 2018, and I can confidently say I’ll probably never leave! Over the years, my business has grown and evolved, and Simplero has continuously adapted—introducing new features that truly make a difference. It’s incredible to see a platform that keeps innovating to meet its users’ needs. But what truly sets Simplero apart is its exceptional support team. They are always there, ready to assist whenever I have questions or need guidance. Their dedication and responsiveness are simply outstanding! Even more impressive is how the tech team genuinely listens to customer feedback. When I suggest a new feature, they don’t just acknowledge it—they take it seriously and often implement improvements based on real user input. This level of customer care is rare, especially compared to other platforms I’ve tried. In short, Simplero is a game-changer. I couldn’t imagine running my business without it. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
