I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Simple Prints. I’ve been their client for over 10 years and have ordered hardcover, softcover and lay-flat books from them. I don’t just do photo books, I do genealogy books, women in history books fir my DAR chapter, art gallery catalog books, and cookbooks for chefs. The quality is always superb and the service is extraordinary. The very, very few times there has been a glitch, they immediately resolve the issue. This is the 3rd time I am using Simple Prints , this time I have to write a review, I ordered a canvas print for a 25 years old wedding photo. The team work with me to enhanced this old photo and brought it to life to make my dream come through. It was truly amazing we kept looking at the outcome in ahhh.. Based on the quality of their work and the exceptional customer service to ensure I was satisfied with the work. I think the name “Simple Prints” does not match this company a better name should be “ Extraordinary Prints” or “Wonderfully Made”. I wholeheartedly recommend Simple Prints and wishing the company every success.

I don’t really remember how I started making my trip albums with Simple Prints! But over the years, I’ve found this way of making memories absolutely amazing. I LOVE my albums, and my friends can’t stop looking at them when they come over. I found Simple Prints really easy to make, of high quality and perfect in so many ways. They are highly professional and honest. Once I wanted to print a canvas from a travel picture. They contacted me and told me that the picture lacked clarity. They could have just printed it if they were only focused on profit and not customer satisfaction. I have been extremely impressed and pleased with them. Thank you Simple Prints!

I have used Simple Prints for many years and have more than a dozen albums from the travelling we do. I like that I can load my photos onto the app in the flight home and have the book delivered to Australia not long after I send it to print. I have compared to other products and the images are better reproductions and you can alter the sizing to fit the page layout. It’s very easy and the result is high quality.

I have used Simple Prints for over 10 years now. The app has evolved over time, as it should, with more features and is simple to use. The finished product is a beautiful photo book of memories from our last trip. When I have run into difficulties, help is just an email away. Responses from the Simple Prints team are quick even if it’s just to acknowledge receipt of the email when business hours are over. Once contacted, emails continue almost like having a conversation on the phone, until, my question is resolved.

SimplePrints is an honest company & they aim to please their customers! I made a mistake on my order, they caught the mistake & corrected my project, & then gave me a refund!
