Hi Fonda, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us! We know that losing access to memories is upsetting and we sincerely apologize for the frustration you have experienced. It looks like our team has been working to resolve the issue for you through email. Please let us know if you have not received our messages. I've summarized them below: Mexican Riviera: We do not have any record of this book under your account. Since it is not possible for books to disappear, please email us with other email addresses or names the book could be under. Cape Cod 2017: Our records show that this book was created on another person's account (we cannot post the name, but it was sent to you through email). To protect everyone's privacy, we're not able to transfer ownership or allow an order to be placed without the owner giving us permission. If you can have them reach out to us directly at [email protected], we can get that moving right away. If you have any other questions in the meantime, you can reach us at [email protected].
