Chief Problem wasn't resolved. Underlying problem was resolved. I needed support with accessing the control panel for a minecraft server. The issue of accessing the control panel was unable to be resolved. However, the live chat agent was able to help fix the problem we were having on our server. I would strongly recommend for SimpleGameHosting to solve the control panel issue. The rating is 4/5. The rating is high as the live agent, Brandon, was very very helpful.

The server is excessively expensive. For 8€, I can't even run a small modpack; the server crashes and restarts constantly! It's impossible to keep it running properly. It's the least worthwhile 8€ I've ever spent. I invited my friends to play, and they were all disappointed that it wouldn't even start!

Hello ElementiS, I'm very sorry you're having issues with your server crashing. Based on what you said in the review, it seems that your server is running out of RAM. Additionally, based on the price you mentioned, you are running a 2GB server. Those servers are not meant to run any modpacks, and no where on our site or in our marketing do we state a 2GB server can run modpacks. Generally, we recommend at least a 4GB to 6GB server to run any mods. 2GB servers are best for vanilla Minecraft and super-optimized plugin servers. In regards to price, we strive to provide value through our services, taking into account the costs involved in maintaining high-quality, reliable servers, support, and features that meet our users' expectations, all while staying competitive in the Minecraft server hosting space. It's also worth noting that our service comes with 10 backups, unlimited CPU usage, unlimited storage, and premium support for free without any additional prices beyond the advertised price. I was having trouble with my server, I went to the chat box and asked for assistance with my issue it took 5 minutes for the simple game hosting to resolve my issue and get me back playing with my friends. i greatly recommend this hosting server to anyone who is just starting out with their servers or even an experienced player!!!!
