Hey Jordan, I'm very sorry for the less-than-stellar experience you had with getting your Bedrock server setup how you wanted. Unfortunately, in this case, our team tried their best to assist you. However, adding things like add-ons, behavior packs, etc to Bedrock servers can be hit or miss in that many add-ons simply have no server support. This can make getting things perfect difficult. A full refund for your server was issued as requested, and again, I'm very sorry for the sub-par experience you had with your Bedrock server. In the future, checkout a plugin called "Geyser" it allows Bedrock connections on Java servers, which can add much more customizability. I want to start off by saying if you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to our support team on Live Chat, and they will be able to refund your service. https://direct.lc.chat/15353502/ Based on what you've said in the review and what I saw on your server, your friends most likely don't have all the mods on the server installed locally on their computer while running Forge. This will result in them not being able to join. Your server is also running 1.16.5, which could have made this process even more difficult. Your server has over 300 mods on it. Thus, all of those mods have to talk to each other and communicate. Often, there will be thousands of errors during the start-up process. This is completely normal. Servers not starting after a modpack is installed is typically due to the server running out of RAM, thus a higher RAM package is needed. A modpack with 300 mods, such as the one you are running currently, can often need 8GB to start initially. I encourage you to reach out to our support team for any issues you run into.
