Server host is decent at best
Server host is decent at best, tried to get help installing a modpack which is not on their preinstalled page, which there are many lacks of. Contacted support and they gave me a complicating guide on how to do so which wanted me to install extern programs to do so. I asked if they could help me but again told me to follow the guide. If you're unexperienced like me, just help your customer. Clearly too lazy to help their customers.

yay for Brian!
Brian was superrr helpful in getting my world back when I thought I had lost it. We spent almost an hour working on it, yet it only felt like 10 minutes through his great support and kind words. I had never done some of these processes before, yet he was able to guide me and had great patience when I had to use an application for the first time. He was very professional with how he worked with the files, and would get me to do anything confidential on my end only. Even if I offered to share the files with him so he could help, he politely declined and guided me on how to do it myself. I found this very professional. I'm a 22 year old girl, so you can only imagine the sheer panic when my world didn't load properly. I thought I had lost my cute little world. Thank you Brian!

The customer service is amazing
The customer service is amazing, when I had an issue figuring out how to set up they were so helpful and I know I can always rely on help to come when I need it. Now I'm having so much fun on my server with my friends.

It's not working I can't download any modpack and your customer service aren't helping at all. I will be happy to get refund. I did not use it at all
