Elijah needs a raise
I started a ticket fully planning on quitting my subscription because I was so lost. Then came along the great Elijah they sat there listen to my issues and step by step held my hand and helped me fix my issues and get into my sever. I owe everything to them they were amazing.

Chat with someone if help is needed, amazing help
New to having a server especially a modded server, almost cancelled my server without asking for help. Decided to ask for help and Elijah did an amazing job helping me through the steps of fixing my server to be able to play.

Give Elijah a promotion he's the goat!!!
Elijah helped me understand the server and mods and was patient and very helpful im autistic and have a hard time learning but he helped 10/10 would recommend simplegaming hosting with there amazing customer support
