Simple and straightforward

I haven’t finished my process I just sent my application, but my husband and I couldn’t be more happy with Evelyn’s help during the process of filling out the forms and telling us what was wrong, or what we needed extra. also, she was very patient cause I had a million questions and she always responded my emails kindly and fast, we were very impressed by the way they send the applications before we mailed them, it looked very professional we’d never send our packet the same way if we had done it by ourselves. Simple Citizen is a fantastic service. I used them for my Greencard application and renewal as well. I couldn't recommend them more. I did encounter a few software glitches along the way however their support team have been incredibly helpful and made the path forward easy. So much better than tackling this myself or paying an independent lawyer a ton to do it for me.

The team was very helpful. All process seemed very easy, no confusion. Basically just do the questionnaire, them they will send all paper to you to review. It was pretty fast too. It took about 10 days for attorney team to review my paper then I got the document package in 2 days. All instructions are easy to follow too. After coming to the United States with my family we decided to stay here. When we decided to stay the next step was to start the immigration process. Our first move was look for an attorney. That was scary, they was talking about 7 to 10.000 dollars. I was not working and that was kinda impossible for us at that point. We start to look around and see what was possible to do, checking on the formulary and trying to do that by our selves when we found simplecitizen on goggle. We started reading about the website and how they work and that was really interesting. So, when we saw the prices the first thing to come in my mind was that was a scam, because that prices was to far from the prices what the lawyers was trying to charge us. But for that money we decided to try it. So, I filled my profile on the website and started to fill everything and upload my documents for translations. In a couple of weeks I was done with that. After sending them a couple of emails Matt called me one day and said he had my process good to go and he was mailing it to me. After a couple of days my process was here, really organized everything really easy to finish, all the places to sign with the tags and all the instructions what I need to finish the paperwork and mail to the USCIS office. Everything done I sent it and a couple of weeks later the first letter came with the notice my case was accepted. After that things started to go fast. The second letter came with the appointment for the fingerprints and a couple of months later my working permit was here. After that I started to work on the company where I still work today. So, after this the wait was a little bit longer, 6 months until the scheduled my interview and almost a month to the interview itself. Right now 2 weeks after the interview I just got the email from the USCIS and my green card is coming. 1 year and 1 month from the begining to the green card. It can look too long, but considering the average here in Texas I can say that was fast! I just want to say thank you to the simplecitizen team and Matt in special. If some one is looking for a way to start a immigration process just talk to them, this people really know what they do, they are a serious company.
