We were also pleased with the customer service which was personal and helpful. We were kept updated on policies and potential changes to the process so we wouldn't need to worry. I don't believe there is a better process group out there to help apply for a green card - a process that seemed daunting, but was made so simple!

Honestly, considering the money they charge, this is the best service you can get. Easy to follow, great customer service, fast to reply. I applied for marriage based green card and could not be any happier with what they did. Everything is beautifully organised, marked for signature and printed (just the cost of printing nowadays is hideous) with all the instructions as what to do next. Do not to forget to pay the extra for lawyer review.

Using SimpleCitizen to apply for my green card was the best decision. At first we really dont know what to do first upon applying for the green card. It sounded really intimidating with all the forms you need to fill out, but there's Simple Citizen! They had their user friendly application, they asked for some documents, some questions and they did all the work! There were some few corrections though but they were really helpful and you could ask unlimited questions and they will get back to you in an instance, plus they printed out all the documents that we submitted to the USCIS.
