I am incredibly grateful to SimpleCitizen for their exceptional support throughout my green card application process. From the initial consultation to the final approval, their team exhibited professionalism and expertise that made a complex process much smoother. The support I received was thorough and personalized, addressing all my concerns promptly. They kept me informed at every step, ensuring I understood each stage of the process. Their online platform was user-friendly and efficient, making document submission and communication seamless. I highly recommend SimpleCitizen to anyone navigating the immigration process. Thank you to the entire team, especially Sierra for your dedication and expertise!

I used SimpleCitizen for my family-based green card application. The entire process was seamless, and I couldn't be happier with the support I received. The online portal was easy to navigate, and it helped me gather all the materials and stay organized. My case manager, Hanbee, was TRULY the best. She was so supportive throughout this stressful process. Always ready to answer my questions and worked so hard to help me finalize my (almost 500-page) application quickly. Thanks to her guidance, I felt confident that my application was as strong as possible. I would absolutely use SimpleCitizen again for future immigration needs and highly recommend them to anyone!

I recommend their services, they are the best. They helped me with my process to obtain my residency. The whole process was easy thanks to them and I didn't have any problems. At the end they sent me the documents with a very good presentation and with all the instructions to follow.

SimpleCitizen made my immigration journey remarkably simpler and more cost-effective. Their platform is safe, reliable, and user-friendly, and there is always someone available to clarify any concerns. I especially want to acknowledge my case manager, Will, who patiently helped me correct my errors and inconsistencies, ensuring my application was perfectly compiled before submission in mid-January. My biometrics appointment was scheduled shortly after. One feature I highly recommend is upgrading to the package that includes printing, compiling, and shipping the entire application right to your doorstep. Not only does it save you from exhausting your poor printer or pocket at Staples...(and potentially a small forest!), but it also guarantees professional-quality documents. They packaged everything perfectly, with clear instructions on what to do next, so nothing was overlooked or missing. By handling the paperwork and guiding me through each step, SimpleCitizen saved me a significant amount of money in lawyer fees. Their professionalism, efficiency, and reasonable pricing made an otherwise daunting process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend SimpleCitizen to anyone seeking a straightforward, secure, and supportive way to manage their immigration paperwork.

I was very happy with Wil's support, his professionalism, patience, and clarity of information made the process easier to complete. The package is sent to your home in an organized manner, and you only have to sign it, put your photo on it, and send it to USCIS. If you want to do this process in a simple and fast way, please invest in Simple Citizen. I was very grateful and excited!

The online tool is easy to navigate and use. Simple Citizen made the whole process simplified and they are well organised. The people I work with are very responsive and accommodating. They are very easy to work with and knowledgeable.
