I’m happy to share that I have received my Green Card and the entire process went flawlessly through the help of SimpleCitizen. Kudos to the stellar team who are very professional and friendly in every interaction. Here’s a quick overview of my journey with them. Initially I availed an attorney service on my own, but it didn’t go well. Nothing fault with the attorney, its just that they were not available when I need them the most. Every time I attempt to reach my attorney, I was told that I need to wait for 3 weeks to get an appointment. I gave up due to long wait times. I then availed the professional service from simplecitizen. The experience was awesome. From my first call, I was given priority support. In every step of the journey “Team Simplecitizen” did their best in providing the support to me. Even when they were overloaded with more applicants, they never missed their committed timelines for followups with me. It’s truly commendable. On most of the days, I was getting response from them on the same day for my queries. They even made changes in the questionnaire in their website on the fly to accommodate a requirement for my case which was unique. I’ve never witnessed such an agile team who were willing to make changes in their systems so fast. I was amazed on that moment. After completing all reviews, my entire package ( printed forms) was delivered to my door, I just signed the forms and shipped to USCIS. Entire process was flawless. I received an RFE from USCIS, preempting that I have already interacted with simplecitizen and they have helped to me prepare the response packet well ahead. Once I received the RFE, I verified my simplecitizen before finally shipping my response to USCIS. My heartfelt thanks to my case manager McKay and Team Simplecitizen for their stellar support.

When I first started, I was so overwhelmed with all the documents and forms that I need to complete, and honestly, they made my whole process so much easier! I have many questions, and concerns and all of them were answered so fast by email or chat. This company is literally saving families and marriages. I have a very long complicated back story and so found myself looking to reimmigrate to the US in 2019 when our family needed to move back from overseas. I had had to give up my original green card due to the strict rules about living outside the country for 2 years. If you are married to a US citizen, and neither has a criminal record, and it's easy to prove yours is a legit marriage, you should be able to file without an attorney- 'it's easy' he said.
