SimpleCitizenReviews of simplecitizen.com

Truly the easiest and most convenient service there is. If you are also lucky to work with Shelby, everything is even easier to work through. I recommend this to everyone that wants to get a green card. 1000/10

I had an AMAZING experience with SimpleCitizen. During the application process anytime I had questions someone would promptly respond back to my messages via the chat. Once I submitted my forms for review Shelby was assigned to help me out. Shelby was so thorough and helpful throughout the process. Any questions or concerns that would arise she would go above and beyond to find the correct information/answers and always keep me updated. So grateful to have stumbled across Simple Citizen. I would highly recommend their services!!!

I really like how it was easy! Answering everything through their website looks a lot better and easy! Everything was smooth, just now waiting for my package.

Shelby was absolutely great. She followed up on me and answered every single question I had in an insanely fast response rate. I had all the support needed so my experience was excellent. Thank you SimpleCitizen and special thanks to Shelby once again that went above and beyond with my process.

i am highly impressed about SimpleCitizen helping me in gathering the most important documents to submit to the USCIS and also helping me to get acceptance from the USCIS because most of my friends who chose other means of submitting their application were rejected over 3 consecutive times. Simplecitizen literally did everything and mailed to me and all i had to do was to sign and mail to the USCIS...I would recommend to everyone who wants to apply for a marriage based green card to use their services. Losa did a great job helping me , she helped answered all questions i had except she was slow in answering at the latter part of the process which i wasn't happy about... the mail package i had from SIMPLECITIZEN ready to be mailed to USCIS was awesome.. they did great in packaging everything so well and i actually think they charge pretty less for their services..

I had an amazing experience with Simple Citizen to prepare for my family-based green card application. Elizabeth, who helped me, was so patient and thorough throughout. Their print & ship service is absolutely worth every penny since they provide such detailed instructions on how to get the application right. I would recommend Simple Citizen to everyone going through gc application process. It’s so rare to come across such a customer-oriented companies nowadays.

I had a great experience. Best customer service, and you will never feel alone in this process. My application is still being processed right now, and no hiccups yet--so I can't speak on how Simplecitizen can assist me in those situation yet. However, they made applying for this stressful application so much easier. And trust me, save your time and money and get their help.
