I used simple citizen to apply for my marriage based green card. I had a wonderful experience. The website is easily set up- you answer questionnaires and provide copies of your documentation. The team then populates the uscis forms and arranges the documents in the order uscis requires it be submitted in. Anytime I had a question, I picked up the phone gave them a call and they were very responsive in addressing any and/all questions. I felt like I could apply with confidence and like I had the support I needed. I will add that my case was a pretty cut and dry case. Highly recommend if you’re not looking to pay for a lawyer but do want some assistance in filing your green card paperwork. Totally worth the money.

I started my marriage visa process in April 2020, so pretty much right when the pandemic started. I had to send in the papers quickly, as I wasn't able to leave as flights were cancelled and boarders shut down. My husband and I planned to marry that year, but I was supposed to go back, and then we start the process in each country, now we did it together in the US. Simpelcitizen was incredibly understandable, helpful, sent me all papers swiftly, was always available per chat and even call for urgent questions, and were in general incredibly helpful, and I am so thankful I had their help during this. We thought to do the paper stuff alone at first, but were incredibly overwhelmed. Simplecitizen took this fear away and was with us all the way. Their interface is easy to understand, questions make sense and are simple, and if you don't understand something, you can always contact them. To us, it's incredibly helpful. We did not have a lawyer during our interviews, etc. We just had Simplecitizen, and they were more helpful than I imagined they could be. Thank you very much!

I can’t believe I got my green card through marriage after 9 months (usually I heard people wait 2+ years). It’s amazing how simple this process was. I always had a lot of questions and I would always get an answer on every question. Definitely would recommend it instead of using lawyers!
