I utilized SimpleCitizen for getting our Green Card renewed I90, there was some confusion in the beginning on the document requirement for new Green Card vs a Renewal and it was promptly addressed. Tyler from Simple Citizen was great with communication and follow-ups with their legal team and clarifying things. We read from forums and USCIS website, there were quiet a delay (about 8-12 months) in getting a renewal however in our case, we received our approval within a week. Although most of the I 90 can be done easily by yourself, I would still recommend using their service to have those extra eyes and availability of an attorney when needed after all this is an important process and more affordable with these guys than hiring your own attorney.

Simple Citizen's service is timely and reasonably priced. The software is friendly and the process is simple, I only suggest improving some features, such as not having to return to the beginning of the forms, to make changes to the interior of the document. The customer service in general was good but I have to emphasize the advice of Tyler Collins was wonderful, excellent professional, it shows that he loves what he does, he was always attentive and was very efficient answering my concerns. The package that arrived at my house with all the documentation for my signature, was very organized and easy to manage. I applied 3 months ago and so far not everything is going well, without problems with my forms and documents.

Happy customer here 😊 I received my conditional Green Card in hand this week. I waited about a year to write the review and to give 5 stars rating they deserve. Last year, I applied my green card Adjustment of Status using SimpleCitizen software . It was very easy to use and comprehensive. They have really good prices and services they offered are unbelievably great. The staffs really go above and beyond to help us. Translation service and comprehensive attorney review service are already also included in the package. After I had submitted everything through the software, they have the attorney reviewed the application packet and let us know if there is anything that needs to be corrected or added. Once everything looks good, they printed out the entire application packet and mailed it to me with the one-day overnight shipping (my entire application has easily over 500 pages). The application packet was here at my door on the very next day, ready to be sent out to the USCIS. It was just so awesome. There are so many other details that these guys added just to make the entire application process easy, transparent, and hassle free. We all know that immigration process is very stressful but SimpleCitizen employees are really committed to help us achieving the American dream. The immigration officer even asked me if I was a lawyer myself since he was very impressed with the assembly of application materials and supporting documents. The only major drawback I had experienced while using SimpleCitizen was a long waiting time to get their response after sending an inquiry, which is understandable cuz they mentioned that they are a small firm with about 25-30 employees. But when I needed the answers for the stressful immigration issues and had to wait for two or three days to get the response back, it always makes me really anxious. Other than that, everything about SimpleCitizen is great and I can't say enough of it. SimpleCitizen saved me from paying thousands and thousands of dollars to the untrustworthy, very demanding lawyers and I very thankful for it. Please keep up the great work, guys. I am hoping that you would keep the quality of your work and competitive affordable prices for the working-class immigrants.

I got to know about simple citizen while trying to fill out my i485 I was so skeptical at first but after reading so many great reviews I thought to give it a try and the service was simply amazing, easy and a money saver Because lawyers would have charged way more for the same service. They were always there to answer my questions in a timely manner And an attorney also reviewed my files and made lots of corrections I wouldn’t have been able to spot myself. They organized all the forms and also printed everything out, all I did was just to sign include the check and passport photographs and that was it. I got my green under 8 months. I will recommend this to anyone who needs to fill out there immigration forms.
