SimpleCitizenReviews of simplecitizen.com

The whole thing was easy thanks to simplecitizen and their employees. I could feel ho they were interested in helping me and hoping the best for me. they answered fast and put great input every time I had a question. I can not thank them enough for the quality of the help.

I was applying for the Green Card through marriage this year. My wife and I started to fill in the forms on our own back in December 2020. However, we found the forms confounding and the process very daunting. We asked around and my friend initially introduced us to his lawyer. We gave the lawyer a call and he quoted $5000 for hiring her alone, that is, not including the application fees. It was too expensive for us so we googled around and found Simple Citizen. After sometime of research, we went with the Deluxe package. At the time, it was about $400, a huge difference in comparison with hiring an attorney. We found Simple Citizen very easy to use. It has a very organized and straightforward website so we only had to fill in all the information and to attach all the documents and they would fill in the forms for us. After that, they reviewed them and printed out all the forms and evidence for us for submission. Our package was around 330 pages and we only had to sign the forms before we submit the application to USCIS. After the submission, the website also has a tracking tool through which we were able to track our process. We submitted the application in early February 2021 and were interviewed and approved in December. We are especially thankful for Shelby and Matt. They were exceptional. Shelby was meticulous, attentive, and very responsive since we had so many questions. Matt was able to provide expert opinions on different legal matters. Simple Citizen is very helpful and cost effective. We really appreciate the service we received through Simple Citizen. We highly recommend it!

My husband and I applied for my green card this year. We were going to do it on our own and then I stumbled across simple citizen. Deciding to use this service was the best decision we made in this process. Yes you can fill out forms on your own but it is extremely helpful to have someone who is an expert look over your documents. The lawyer review was invaluable and through that interaction we were able to make our application stronger. We started this process in February 2021, submitted in March, and were approved for the green card in November 2021. I would also like to personally thank Shelby. She was the absolute best! Very attentive and responsive and always encouraging. I had a change of status through the application process and she was stellar in helping navigate that change as well as wonderful in responding to any questions that I had. She honestly was the best part of the SimpleCitizen experience. If you are on the fence I would highly recommend this service.

We recently used SimpleCitizen for filing our application for green card. Really liked the convenience of using the software. There are many forms asking for similar information. By using the software, we only need to fill the information once and it will be populated into other forms. And when we needed to make changes, we need to make change only once. The support chat is responsive and the attorney review was helpful. Compared with hiring an immigration lawyer, this is much more affordable but we can still feel at ease that someone with better knowledge than us is reviewing the application for us.

SimpleCitizen made the process painless for me. I was really impressed with their response times (mostly within an hour on weekdays) and how organized the green card application instructions were. Highly recommend it!

SimpleCitizen was so helpful with my entire process and I 100% recommend it to everyone!

Return customer- always a great experience. And the discount for returning is nice too. we used them for our adjustment of status and now for our removal of conditions. The interface makes it really easy but it’s the customer service and ability to ask questions that makes this worth it. Love the look over from the lawyer and they put together the packet so nicely. That being said please know that you still have to be involved in providing information and context about your case, ask your questions- they have the answers! Everyone’s situation is unique so to get the most out of this experience read the tip sheets they and the USCIS provide about your form and do your research.

I can't rave enough about the service I received by the good people at Simple Citizen. McKay, Razia, the lawyers and the whole team are incredible... but the real star of the show was Shelby. I don't know if I could have gone through this process without her! She is there every step of the way, knowledgeable, quick to respond, always ready to help. She reassured me through this stressful process and talked me off a ledge a few times. I am so grateful for the wonderful service I received. I would recommend this company a million times over! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
