SimpleCitizenReviews of simplecitizen.com

I just received notification that my application for permanent residency has been approved! I just wanted to thank the entire SimpleCitizen team for their timely responses to every question I had and the professionally put together application that was mailed to me. Filling out the application through their online web platform made the process far less intimidating than if I would've completed it myself. The platform also makes it super easy to keep track of all your documents and to know what additional supporting documents you need. Overall, the support was just phenomenal - from the initial review after building the application to filing, and the guidance leading up to the interview. You can tell every team member really cares about your individual case and are committed to providing you the support you need. Again, a big thanks to Razia, McKay, Losa, Shelby, Sierra, Kendra and Diana! I would wholeheartedly recommend SimpleCitizen to anyone needing help preparing their PR applications!

Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They break down a very complex process into easily manageable pieces making the entire experience a lot less stressful! I am beyond impressed and happy with their services.

My experience with Simple Citizen was amazing. The communication with the staff was amazing and they helped us with the paperwork every step of the way. Glad I found them cause I couldn't have done it without them. Thank you so much.

Easy, fast and trustworthy. Helpful all the time and quick to answer. Definitely worth it.

Hi SimpleCitizen Team! I just want to say my husband and I are beyond grateful for all your guidance! We had our marriage-based green card interview and we were approved on the spot! My green card will be mailed in 2-3 weeks! We truly believe that you guys made the difference! Thank you for everything! I am a very meticulous person and I do a lot of research before doing something. I knew I found the right people to help us with our process. You're team were so attentive and been so amazing the whole time! Whenever we had questions or concerns, you all did your best to support us! I will definitely be back for the removal of my conditional green card and especially when I apply for my citizenship in the future! Absolutely the best!! For everyone who needs to know about Simple Citizen, this is a real review from a real customer!! Do not hesitate! You are in the right hands! Thank you again!!

Very easy way to deal with an overwhelming amount of paperwork. I found Simple Citizen, and Kendra in particular, excellent to work with. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I used simplecitizen's middle tier package for her green card application. All i can say is it was a perfect experience from the beginning all the way through. I am happy to say she just received her green card in the mail this week. We took all of their advice and followed their instructions and we were blessed to have the green card within about 6 and a half months from the day USCIS received our application. And even though we received the green card, simplecitizen still responds to any questions that we have to this very day. Seriously I can't say enough how great their service is. Truly worth every penny spent.

Thanks Sierra and simpleCitizen group help me on the application. They helped review it soon and gave me useful suggestion.
