SimpleCitizenReviews of simplecitizen.com

Very helpful and detailed with the application. Would recommend

My wife and I had a great experience using simple citizen. With busy schedules, I couldn't imagine us compiling such a well organized and thorough package to send to USCIS. The team is great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Hello, I am really very happy and satisfied with working with SimpleCitizen. Everyone is the team is very responsible and patient. I have different kinds of questions when I do the green card application. The online live chat usually responds me at anytime!! i Just got my biometrics done last week! Also the prices are really affordable! I was very well guided by Amanda :) She always helps me and gives me advice even at the last moment I mail my documents to USCIS! Also simple citizen is very easily to use! It just likes a questionnaire. After you fill out all questionnaire, they will send you a PDF to check. Then they will print out everything and sent all applications documents to your home :) Everything is so easy !!! I highly recommend to use the Simple Citizen!

I hired simplecitizen team for my family based immigration filing. From beginning till the end, the entire team was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and generously helpful. A big shoutout and thanks to Losa, Shelby, Razia, Sierra, and Sam for their guidance and help in preparing my application package. The value for money for the simplecitizen packages is great, then the team went above and beyond to provide an extraordinary service. They even overnighted (free of charge) the printed application package to accomodate my urgent request. Even being not a full law-firm the team did everything in their power to answer my questions and help streamline the application process. The software is quite easy to use as well, and made it very easy to put all the responses and documents together in an organized way in one secure place. The software autopopulated the forms and the team very diligently arranged the documents required with each form. Their attorney review on the final package provided a very valuable insight on things that might have been overlooked by me, otherwise. I am very glad that I chose simplecitizen.com. They are the best!

Hi I really have good experience with simplecitizen during all process to prepare and complete everything that is needed. Costumer service is awesome. I’m so happy to choosing them to do my job

I can’t begin thank and appreciate you enough. If everyone used a service like SimpleCitizen, ther’d be so many happy families reuniting faster. Swift to respond, answer questions timely, courteous and explain what you need to know and do. It is worth the fee. I love the idea of the portal too.

SimpleCitizen is the BEST! I'm using my husband's gmail account for this review. We were just searching online of immigration services, simplecitizen was the first pop up. Reading the positive feedbacks and the 5 stars all the time. Me and my husband take the risk and give our 100% trust to this company. They're helpful and professional. They're guiding and giving me also when, what, where and how to do and so on. Now, my application is approved! To those who are planning to look for Immigration Consultant services this is highly recommended! It's all worth it. Thank you SimpleCitizen! Excellent job!

Totally worth it! It is simple, easy, and flexible. Plus, everyone is friendly and helpful. The whole immigration process would not have been so smooth without their assistance. I highly recommend SimpleCitizen. Stop paying high fees to the lawyers.
