I'm updating this review, as my previous review reflected some problems we were having with our applications, however, it seems that much of these issues were the fault of the government, NOT Simple Citizen. I'm reserving the final star till our issues are fully sorted, but upon hearing that i was having problems, Matthew from Simple Citizen reached out and has been working diligently to help navigate what is apparently a somewhat common hurdle in this process. We have two applications submitted and have received conflicting information from the US Government. It seems like they may have figured it out on their end, but Simple Citizen has been fully willing and available to dive in and help navigate.

Overall their service offers great value for your money and I recommend them if you are not time constrained and if your case doesn't have any special circumstances. I recently completed my Adjustment of Status based on marriage successfully in a little over a year, the only hiccup was a Request for Evidence from USCIS. SimpleCitizen helped us to put together a response package but it took them almost two months, during this time we received little information from their customer support. I got the impression that the company is currently processing more cases than their staff is able to handle. Thanks a lot to Matt for working with us on my case and following up through the whole process.

Even though our paperwork was delayed for a couple of weeks, I’ll pay for them to help us out next time! The customer service is very helpful and people are nice. Also, they really take time to add everything you need for your file to be completed!

Initially I had some hiccups with their service and response times. They corrected their mistake and the customer service was exlempary.
