SimpleCitizenReviews of simplecitizen.com

Simple Citizen made my experience in compiling all the necessary documents easier with their prompt responses to my emails and understanding case managers. They guided me all the way from the beginning to the very end and also gave informative feedbacks. I highly recommend their services as I wouldn't be able to do complete my process without their guidance and expertise.

Amazing customer service, always helping with what are you missing on your form. And amazing communication.

The staff were a great help, especially Amanda. Kept us informed all the way through the process and made sure we had made the necessary corrections. It's my first time to use a service like this, previously had used a lawyer for my own visa needs. This is much less expensive, and in my opinion a better experience. Thank you all AG

I am extremely happy with Simplecitizen, if you have a simple case of Marriage-based green card I would 100% recommend booking their services. It took us 2 months to gather all the evidence as Simplecitizen was very thorough in the amount of supporting evidence to add to our case, but that effort paid off extremely well as I received my Green Card only 2 months after sending everything. They are extremely responsive and very experienced.

They made my process so much easier than what I thought it would be doing it on my own. They answered all my questions no matter how repetitive or dumb my questions were and always in a polite and timely manner. I received my package with everything so clear and ready o ship. I recommend Simple Citizen a 100%.

Fr:P. Nelson. SimpleCitizen is simply the best!. I was about to do the adjustment of status for my teenage son and I did not want to use an immigration lawyer because I didn't have the kind of money that they were charging, so I went online and found this amazing and affordable service.its the best money I have spent that I can remember. The service was so simple and straightforward and to top it off they also included a free onetime lawyer review. My case manager Amanda is truly amazing she would go above and beyond to make sure that everything is done properly. From receiving my documents from Simple Citizen late Jan 2023 to mailing it to USCIS early Feb, the case was completed in mid April, and my son now has his green card.

They helped me through my process to get my green card. They were very patient and always answered all the questions I had.

Working with SimpleCitizen was painless, thorough and professional. I'm so glad I chose this service to assist me in pursuing my US Green Card (as an Australian). Customer Support (thank you Wilenys!) throughout the experience was always prompt and helpful, doing everything they could to help me prepare and submit my full application in line with my tight deadline for submission. After using their intuitive online data entry forms, the package you end up submitting is reviewed, printed, boxed, and looks very professional and well organised. Estimates had 80% of Green Card applications taking ~16 months but fortunately mine has been granted in just 3 months. I highly recommend this service to speed up your application and take the stress out of having to handle all the forms and processes yourself.
