Good Morning I and my Husband, we are excited to be writing this review about our experience with Simple Citizen. We were introduced to this company by a family friend of mine who use them before and got through so fast. When we signed up with them, we didn’t know what exactly would have happen next. But they make it happen for us. Even with the price of their packages it is so affordable because firstly I was thinking of using a lawyer and that was way more expensive. But thanks to the person who said use them and we took the risk and did so. Also with how they responded to us it was very much on time and in a goodly manner. We would like to big up Daniel for working with us and also the patience he had to deal with us through this process. He was always on time to respond back to our questions. Simple Citizen you have a great team player Daniel. Thanks again Daniel many respect to you and your team for making it happen for us. When we received the package from Simple Citizen we were so impressed with how everything was in order and the additionally things they gave to us so that it’s easy for us when sending off the entire package to USCIS. I even received guideline on where to sign on the application to ensure we don’t make mistake. We love this company and would recommend them to everyone in this world if we got to. We will ensure that we introduce people to you guys for you are the best of the bestest. And we thank you again. Once again Daniel we Thank you. Thanks SimpleCitizen for helping me on my I-485 application form, it took a while to get all my documents together, but the help from you guys was on point, I started my process on November 2022, and on September 2023 I have my card produced. In a nutshell, using Simple Citizen has been a wonderful experience. Simple Citizen has provided me with all the steps from the beginning to the end. They informed me of everything that was needed, and they reviewed everything very thoroughly. They also informed on whether I should do anything differently or provide any additional information for a successful application. There was one point where I wasn’t able to provide a certain documentation and they gave me the option to go with an attorney and they were willing to provide me the full refund for what I had paid. I really appreciated their honesty, and consideration. I really liked Simple Citizen’s honesty and care for their clients, so I decided to provide the information in whatever way I can using a notary (which they suggested) and continue with them. At the end they print out your application and mail it to you for you to sign. They guide you every step of the way. The end result was a successful application and a great experience with Simple Citizen.

Yesterday we received the forms in an excellent presentation, we are sure that everything will go very well even though we have not yet sent the documents, they were always attentive to every question we had, clarifying it and suggesting what to do.
