I spent over $5000 on social media to increase traffic as reported on Similarweb over the last three months. However, after they changed their system on July 28, only one-fifth of the traffic is now visible on Similarweb. This change has effectively caused a loss of over $4000, as I relied on Similarweb data. Additionally, the platform now also shows inaccurate traffic data for GA4. Previously, I used Similarweb to gauge the reliability of websites by checking their traffic. Since July 28, Similarweb's traffic data, including its GA4 data, has become unreliable. Despite these significant issues, which have resulted in substantial financial losses and loss of customer trust, they show no concern and fail to take responsibility for resolving the issue. This is not fair at all.
