I’m giving Similarweb 1 star. The service quality is poor and the data is often inaccurate, which makes it hard to rely on for any serious decision-making. On top of that, after our annual contract ended, they kept trying to charge our card repeatedly despite clear communication that we were not continuing the cooperation. That behavior is unacceptable. In my view, this is very close to scam-like practices. That said, if you still decide to work with them, one thing worth noting: their pricing is highly negotiable. It’s surprisingly easy to push the cost down — even significantly (we managed to reduce it by up to 20x).
