SimilarwebReviews of similarweb.com

Outstanding customer support. I accidentally purchased an annual plan and Tatsiana from the Product Support team handled my refund request with genuine kindness and speed — fully resolved within days. This kind of service builds real trust in a company. Thank you, Tatsiana!

App is inhoudelijk en technisch echt geweldig, de prijs is gewoon erg hoog, te hoog voor een kleine ondernemer. Wat jammer is omdat het net de groep is die het meest eruit kan halen.

Good tool and extension for daily writing tasks.

Updated review: The staff fix the issue, thank you so much

Super Tool!

I signed up for the trial to evaluate the tool for SEO work. Nothing I found during the trial justified the price: the basic plan is heavily restricted, and the data it does show is freely available elsewhere at no cost. When the trial ended, I was automatically charged $200. I submitted a cancellation and refund request the same day. Five days later: no reply, no automated acknowledgement, nothing. So you get a paid product that adds no value over free alternatives, plus a support team that goes silent once the payment has gone through. If you're considering Similarweb, at minimum turn off auto-renewal the moment you start the trial. I'll update this review if the company responds and issues a refund.
