Meeting some wonderfully interesting and stimulating ladies.

I subscribed a few wks back, & cancelled within 3 days. On my selections, there was not a mile radius. When I called to cancel, the Man who helped me, said he could change it to the least of 50 miles. I said I just want to cancel. He then came back w a counter subscription of 1 month for 34.99. I was so frustrated w the site I declined. I've since called to apply for a 1 month subscription in which I was informed that's not a possibility. I don't want to be stuck in a pd 3 month subscription. Yes, I am aware you can cancel, but that's sometimes a true hassel, I just looked again, ARE YOU KIDDING...75.00 for 1 month! Your site is missing the boat...SAD! I'm a business owner of 29 yrs...I cater to my clients, that's what stands out to my clients. Wouldn't one think, if you had a REASONABLE fee, more people would be willing to try, & probably end up subscribing for months, if they enjoyed the site. Most all dating sites charge no more than 35.00 for a month. I won't be subscribing to this or the sister site, at those rates. It all about quality, no dollars.

The matching is not very accurate. People are on the site that do not reply. There are very pushy and sketchy men on the site. I have deleted my membership after my first 4 encounters with men that completely freaked me out. If you are looking to meet people this is not the site for that, these men are looking for immediate commitment. Just my experience.

Many real women. I met and still dating someone that I care for immensely. I joined to be able to go out and have companionship. I never thought I could find a woman such as her.

It’s a great site. My only issues with it has been #1-wish the front page listed city and state. Many times the city doesn’t look familiar so I to a Google search and sometimes that city name is in more then one state. #2. Need to add Soccer and softball to the enjoy sports question. #3. The question that asks how one describes themselves should be able to select more then 4 characteristics. I do like that the filters work. Many sites don’t filter well and one ends up with people outside age group, distance and sex ie women seeking women and a man will come up as a match or when one goes into a match has to read through before finding out that the match is a woman seeking a man.

This is my second go around with them, and customer service continues to be an issue. After 2 days, I requested a refund. They have refused. Any company than uses the negative subscription philosophy is suspect. No refund after request. Site just isn't as good as Zoosk or eharmonoy
